Preston Place, LLC - a privately owned Assisted Living, is currently looking for a compassionate LPN to join our family of care providers. At Preston Place, our residents are an extension of our own families and we take pleasure in catering our care to their individual needs and personal preferences.

POSITION: Night Shift Available - 12 hour shifts / off every other weekend

Qualifications of LPN:

Current Tennessee LPN license

Ability to pass drug screen and criminal background check

Reliable transportation

Detail oriented and organized

History of reliability

Primary Responsibilities of LPN:

- Oversee the medications and activities of daily living of our residents to ensure their healthcare needs are being met

- Performs ongoing assessment / observation of resident's physical and mental health needs

- Coordinate with other departments and outside vendors to ensure quality care

- Assist DON with staffing functions including training, supervision and monitoring of care partners
